It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World

It's Friday, 3/9/07, at 10am. Lily is now about 1 day, 19 hours old. And, boy, does she have a set of lungs on her. She knows how to get attention. She's been pretty god though, she finally getting the hang of this eating thing. Dad's doing much better now than he was the other day.... he's not worried about how to pick her up anymore or changing her wrong. Mom's doing amazing. She's healing nicely and is feeling great. Just the sound of Mom and Dad's voice is enough to calm Lily down.
She's been doing great with visitors, and doesn't mind being passed around the room. She loves to be swaddled tightly and she loves to play her favorite game "Get my arms out of the swaddle." Unfortunately, she doesn't remember that she was the one who took her own arms out, so she fusses because she wants to be wrapped up. It's an endless game, but a funny one nonetheless.
